Sorry we cannot ship any container plants with soil into CA,AZ,OR,HI,and AK. For these states all plants will be taken out of containers, the soil shaken off of the roots, and then roots dipped in water retention gel, then wrapped with moist medium and packaged to insure fresh and live delivery. This little blue cool season honey, (8-12") is the bluest of all the blue fescues. Cute and compact with deep blue tufts all year round. Elija’s lovely blue color in the spring is a great backdrop for dianthus (pinks) because their colors look so well together. This bluest of the blue fescue forms a fine-textured spiky clump spreading 18-24". In June, it forms taller flowering spikes that appear as small wheat stems and continues to flower up to three full months. .
It will grow in full sun to part shade. Zones 4-9
