The Angelina Stonecrop is a great new golden sedum ground-cover with bright yellow spiky-leaved shoots that spread evenly and often develop ginger tips, creating delightful honeyed patterns. Stunning planted around annuals or perennials with dark-colored foliage and best in dryer soil. This sedum is also excellent in hanging baskets and patio containers. Evergreen in warmer areas and in cooler climates it turns a rich orange in the fall. It sports tiny yellow flowers. You’ll want to plant this perennial in full sun with well-drained soil. Suggest; planting with spring bulbs or to mask a difficult area.
They prefer well-drained soil with a pH close to neutral (7.0) and can thrive with only a modest level of nutrients. The Angelina Stonecrop is a fascinating and colorful form that is invaluable for the rock garden; a few can be used to advantage in the perennial border. Space 6 to 8 inches apart for good coverage.
