Shipped in large ONE GALLON containers 8/12” FULL.
Sorry we cannot ship any container plants with soil into CA,AZ,OR,HI,and AK. For these states all plants will be taken out of containers, the soil shaken off of the roots, and then roots dipped in water retention gel, then wrapped with moist medium and packaged to insure fresh and live delivery. Sorry for any inconvenience.
NEW! LIMITED! Chamaecyparis pisifera ‘Compacta’ - Dense buns of finely textured green foliage. A good specimen for the rock garden, or used in mass as a distinctive groundcover. 1 ft. by 1.5 ft. Very little, if any, maintenance is required on the dwarf conifers, this being no exception – carefree beauty for full sun. Garden Care : Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. For a tidy, neat appearance, shear annually to shape. Grow in full sun to make a great accent anchor plant for the border or a small hedge. Zone 4-8. Ships: ONE-GALLON The evergreen plants will arrive healthy and ready for planting. Should they die within the first year we will replace at one half the current member price plus shipping. Once planted with moderate care, just watering every five days or so and not fertilizing for the first year, the plants generally do well. The evergreens are a low maintenance, easy to grow; almost no care needed plant to own.
