Ships: Potted in multiples of 12, 24, and 48 Sorry we cannot ship any container plants with soil into CA,AZ,OR,HI,and AK. For these states all plants will be taken out of containers, the soil shaken off of the roots, and then roots dipped in water retention gel, then wrapped with moist medium and packaged to insure fresh and live delivery. Sorry for any inconvenience. Bare root ships in multiples of 25 and 75 plants.
NEW! Pachysandra, Green Sheen Pachysandra terminalis 'Green Sheen' - Excellent ground cover for small shady areas. What makes this improved selection - Green Sheen Pachysandra different is the tremendous glossiness to the foliage. When you first encounter the plant it almost looks plastic or fake. The sheen is so impressive you think it can't be real. Once you see Pachysandra 'Green Sheen' you will never mistake it for other cultivars.
This has long been the most reliable cool-season ground cover for shade. Perfect for planting under the canopies of older trees, where little else grows. A lifesaver on the north sides of walls or north-facing slopes, and between tall multistory buildings. It works very nicely in the front of shaded borders or as filler between larger shrubs. Dense enough to keep down weeds, it is a great solution for dark parts of the garden, where other herbaceous plants fear to tread.
Green Sheen is a great plant for combining with any of the variegated Hostas. It is also good as a weed barrier when placed around any of the ornamental Hydrangeas. It is extremely hardy, and fragrant. It is a shade lover, summer floering and DEER RESISTANT.
Plant spacing: Plant 12 inches apart, 100 plants cover a 100 square foot area.
Potted, well rooted plants with vigorous growth. GREAT VALUE! Order in Multiples of 12, 24, and 48 plants per order.
For larger jobs, plant bare root plants (same size without the pot) and save money. Bare root plants are professionally packaged with just the right amount of moisture to insure fresh delivery. Order in multiples of 25 and 75.
Ships Fall and Spring.

Francis Williams, Hosta - Cheryl and I enjoy this plant so much we have 6 of them in our garden. Our plants are placed along a brick path, right under our pergola. I can certainly understand why this is called the classic Hosta.
