Ajuga Black Scallop PW is a neat little ground cover that grows fast, and displays a deep dark burgundy leaf color with deep blue blooms in late spring lingering into early summer.Ajuga Black Scallop is superior to regular Ajuga Bronze because of its larger leaves and deeper colors. Ajuga Black Scallop spreads by underground stems to create a great groundcover. Divide clumps when plantings get over crowded. Remove spent flowers, shears or even mowing on a high setting can quickly take care of the old flowers.
This is a robust and hardy Ajuga that looks great in the landscape, beds and containers. Plant spacing is 10 - 14 inches apart. - Ships: in ONE GALLON container.
