Wine and Spirits™ Weigela

A newer shorter version of the taller growing Wine and Roses Weigela, the Wine and Spirits™ Weigela offers clustered white blooms set against dramatic dark green foliage.

This mound shaped small white flowering shrub is an excellent choice for low hedges, shrub borders, mixed shrub hedges and in containers.

This weigela blooms on old wood making any shaping or pruning to be made immediately after late spring to early summer blooming.

Plant in mostly sunny areas. Excellent companion plants are those with yellow or soft pink blooms such as peonies and coreopsis.
