Asclepias incarnata Cinderella - Swamp Milkweed -

Asclepias incarnata or commonly called Swamp Milkweed is an easy to grow, maintenance free, perennial plant that grows and blooms from mid summer to fall. This pollinator plant offers interesting rosey pink cluster flowers that are wonderfully reminesence of vanilla to attract butterflies, bees, beneficial insects and even hummingbirds.

Clip a few bloom stems for your own indoor bouquet. Swamp Milkweed grows from average soil to moist soil areas and has been found growing in boggy conditions, too.

Grows in clumps of rhizomes. The Cinderella Swamp Milkweed is not invasive and easily blends with other perennials in your garden. The Asclepias incarnata is a North American native perennial plant.
