Murray Cypress are fast growing evergreen trees that are used as a hardier substitute for Leyland Cypress.
Quick growing evergreen, the Murray Cypress has branches that are stronger than the Leyland Cypress as well as being more disease resistant and resilient to fungus.
A newer cultivar of the Leyland Cypress, Murray Cypress is an excellent choice for growing as Christmas Trees. This evergreen plant matures in the 30 to 40 foot height range with a spread of 6 to 10 feet wide.
