Oakleaf hydrangeas are one of the most statuesque native shrubs. For certain, this one earns the name of 'Snow Queen'.
The upright white panicles stand out beautifully against the large dark green leathery leaves in summer. As the leaves turn into a burgundy for autumn, the white flowers begin fading to a light pink shade.
This beautiful native shrub attracts pollinators, too.
Growing into the 7 to 10 foot height range, it will spread equally wide.
